Our Founder - Paul F. Keenan

Paul formed a small contracting business in Providence, Rhode Island as a summer business. By his early 20's this company had become a highly respected residential restoration company in New England. While operating this business, Paul simultaneously attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Civil and Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Architecture.

Post-college, He moved on to completing graduate studies in Real Estate Development and Land Use Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Soon after, he transitioned his first business into what Building Momentum Inc. is today.
